To access any of the session you MUST be logged in to the Event Hub. Click on Event Hub in the navigation bar (top right if you're on a computer) and login using your email and password that you set up when registered.

Once you're logged into your Event Hub just click on the date for the sessions you want to watch. Click the View Session button to be taken straight into the session. If you are early for a session you will be placed in a waiting room. The session will start automatically at the appropriate time.

No. Workshops, virtual exhibitor marketplace sessions, seated yoga classes, and evening social events are not recorded. 

All of the workshops, Garthenor Talks Series, social events and the rest of our virtual unravel content is delivered through Zoom. You can access all of the content with a computer, tablet or smartphone and an internet connection. For smartphones and tablets you can download the Zoom app through the app store of your choice.

For the best virtual experience we recommend you have a strong internet connection. Zoom suggests participants have at least 2 MPBS of upload and download speed from your internet service provider. To test your internet speed click here. To try out a Zoom test session click here.

Once your registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder! Our Event Hub will open a week before virtual unravel that will include your personal schedule. You will also be able to see the schedule for all of the virtual content included with your package, including the dates/times when the virtual exhibitors will be hosting their sessions.

For any workshops we recommend that you join your session up to 15 minutes before the workshop so you can sort out any technical issues if they pop up.

Stay calm. First, try exiting the workshop and then reentering. If that doesn't work, try restarting your device and then join the workshop again. If you are waiting for the workshop to begin and it is past the start time you might have clicked the wrong link from your event hub. Return to the event hub and click the correct link.
